Short Film: Half Empty

Wow, this past weekend was amazing. We made a movie called Half Empty.

My good friend, Peter and I had been preparing for this since October when we started writing over video chat since he was in London. In just a few short months we were able to execute our creative vision and bring life to a story that we care for immensely. Generating your own work is a phenomenal experience.

I played the lead character, Charlie, a mid-20s computer coder who falls victim to alcoholism. The film raises awareness about addiction in a way that calls for preventive action by looking out for each other. My team and I feel strongly that its message can help people who are dealing with this disease.

Thank you so much to our entire team. The cast and crew was amazing. I'm extremely grateful for your time, talent and hard work. I hope to work with you all again in the future!!!

Closing Weekend: Brief Encounter

Getting the chance to perform in Brief Encounter was such an amazing experience! This cast and crew are so incredibly talented. We finished our run with two sold out shows and our strongest performances. I wish everyone involved the best of luck in their future careers and I hope we can have a reunion soon. Special thanks to our director, Amy Cordileone for creating this magical experience.

Producing

This past week a casting notice was released on Backstage for a short film that I co-wrote, will be producing and acting in called Half Empty!!! My writing partner and I received grant funding for the project and are now in the process of finalizing the rest of the cast and crew. We teamed up with Storysmith Productions and are looking to shoot in March! It's such a great experience to witness the "other side" of the production process!

Also, in late December, I helped produced a commercial for the athletic brand, Physiclo!! It was released this week:
